How long does a typical project take?
Timelines vary by scope. A brand identity project typically takes 3–5 weeks. A full product design engagement runs 6–10 weeks. Custom software builds range from 8 weeks to 6 months depending on complexity. We provide a detailed timeline during the discovery phase before any work begins.
Do you work with clients outside Sri Lanka?
Yes — the majority of our clients are international. We work remotely with businesses in the UK, US, Europe, and across Asia. All communication is handled in English, and we adapt our working hours for calls and reviews to suit your timezone.

Do you offer support and maintenance after launch?
Yes. All projects include a 30-day post-launch support window at no extra cost. For ongoing maintenance, feature development, or retainer arrangements, we offer monthly support plans. Ask us about this during the proposal stage.
How many revision rounds are included?
Design projects include two structured revision rounds per phase. Because we review and align throughout the process rather than presenting at the end, major revisions are rare in practice. Additional rounds can be added if needed.
